Christmas is here!
Once the gifts are unwrapped, it’s time to indulge in a pancakes and butcher-shop-bacon breakfast.
I know, I know… you think you know how to make pancakes, for heaven’s sake!
You may, but these are better. In fact, I’d go so far as to say perfect.
There are a few tricks to elevate fluffy to astronomical heights.
And they are tasty beyond words.
But of course everything is better with butter.
Recipe here. (Note: I used 1 TBS of baking powder. Make sure to use kosher salt. If you are using fine salt, reduce the amount).
