The F Word

Fall, that is.
With less than a month of summer left,
there is talk of Fall Fashion in the internet air.

Are you thinking of capes, tweeds, and boots? Dusting off the leopard print that reappears every autumn? Or are you simply revelling in the last days of summer vacation?

I think of my wardrobe less in terms of seasons nowadays.

Vogue‘s annual September mega-magazine used to usher in the new sartorial season for me, and I’d buy the fashion bible religiously every year. But I don’t buy Vogue anymore since Anna Wintour replaced models with celebrities and fashion with politics. This year there’s yet another reason to avoid it.
I’d be far more interested in paging through past issues of September Vogue.

I love this concept of this years September issue. As it has never been done before, I think Vogue is revolutionising the game with this and it holds more significance than we actually know! I would absolutely love it if you could check out my blog! Thanks! https://www.emilyclarebeauty.com

I remember when it was almost impossible as a celebrity to grace the cover of vogue but the reverse seems to be the case… vogue has let down their standards of what they’ve been known for thereby loosing their real custmers.

I don’t buy Vogue anymore for the same reasons. These covers are amazing though. Happy Monday.

Love all the covers you featured. I don’t buy any magazines but am always fascinated by them. Can’t believe this has been around for so long. 🙂
